Good Things Festival. For many Australian alternative music fans it’s a yearly tradition that rounds out the year in early December and I dear reader, am no exception. This year’s Good Things was ultimately a success I’d say, even if it might not have reached the same heights of previous years (in my humble opinion).

London jazz collective Kokoroko brought warmth and groove to The Forum in Melbourne on 21 November 2025, joined by Setwun & The Soulstranauts.

LA legends Touché Amoré brought the goods to 170 Russell in Melbourne on 17 July 2025, joined by Militarie Gun, Horsepower, and Post Heaven.

Melbourne punk band Private Function brought absolute chaos to Max Watt’s on 27 June 2025, joined by Wet Kiss, Dealers of God, and the legendary Pint Man.
