What a beautiful, solid beginning to Nathan’s solo career. In an interview conducted a few weeks ago for this very website, Nathan mentioned that he now has a story to tell us- “when he was younger, he just wanted to play; now, he has something to say”. I think this album is an evolution of where he started to where he is now, taking some of his life experiences to show us that he is made of stronger stuff.

The aggressive music is like a digital punch in the face- a punch and headlock, if you will. Prepared to be slapped in the face with the rapid change in tempo and lyrics, and really let yourself be dragged into the situation with Sir Winston.

GUM aka Jay Watson (Tame Impala, Pond) is back with his fifth studio album, Out In The World, out Friday June 12th. Hailing from Frankston, siblings Harry and Bella make up Bellhop, a fuzzy rock duo, who have recently released their first single of the year, Pet Bottle, on April 20.  Self described as those who produce ‘yummy tunes’, Pet Bottle is another wonderful addition to the Bellhop discography, and it certainly is delicious!
