Beloved noughties indie rock outfit Cannon return with their first single of the year, ‘Light In The Fog’ lifted from their anticipated debut album Connexion. Following on from last year’s long-awaited track and instant fan favourite ‘Enemy’, the Melbourne three-piece are thrilled to share this second taste of Connexion and reveal that the debut LP will finally be here Friday 4 June via Quixotic Records.

Today marks the bittersweet end of Melbourne duo Slum Sociable. Their final release The Street Of Dire Needs EP is out now via Liberation Records.

The five-tracker features singles ‘Explain Myself’, ‘You’re In My Head (feat. KYE)’ and ‘Questions’ as well as title track ‘The Street Of Dire Needs’ and ‘Lookin’ Up’. Adelaide pop-punk, self-professed “two-piece puzzle”, TOWNS have shared their riotous new single ‘Swimming’, alongside a larger than life video jam packed with colour and energy. The duo have also announced they’ll be hitting the road later this year for their Swimming Tour, over five dates nationally from Friday 28 May taking in Brisbane, Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne and finishing with their hometown Adelaide on Saturday 6 June. Today, Tame Impala has announced InnerSpeaker Live From Wave House, a streaming concert event taking place on Wednesday 21 April via the premium digital live platform Moment House. Experimental Sydney-based duo Plastic Face (Pete Stals and Will Coleman) have today announced their dark, mysterious new single BACK2TOKYO, an exploration of how it feels to fall backwards into old habits, being an inner critic and finally getting yourself back onto the path to ecstasy. The enigmatic duo have also released a spooky and intriguing Lynchian video to accompany the track, written and directed by Sean Donovan.

Castlemaine-via-Melbourne musician Louise Terry has been traversing the vast electro and experimental art-pop expanse long before the inception of her near-namesake solo moniker Louise Terra began. Known for her involvement with such Melbourne indie outfits as Sugar Fed Leopards, Sawtooth, Brite Fight and Flying Scribble, Louise Terra has trickled out a string of singles and multimedia collaborations to her name since 2016, most notably with film-maker Rachel Feery in the production of a virtual-reality music video for her single, ‘Nature Calling’ in 2019.
